About invisible & blank characters
Some characters exist to be invisible. The braille blank (U+2800) and the hangul fillers render as nothing at all, which is exactly why people use them: empty display names, blank posts, invisible padding that a platform counts as content. The zero-width characters do quieter work — joining or separating letters inside a line of text without ever appearing.
Because a tile of nothing would teach nothing — and look like a bug — this page shows each character as a hatched placeholder cell marked RENDERS AS BLANK, with its name and codepoint. The copy is real even when the glyph is not: what you paste is the exact character. Handle with care elsewhere, too — invisible characters change how text searches, sorts and compares, which is why they break form validation and surprise programmers.
